| There
are a considerable number of home inspectors in and outside of my service
area in North Carolina and beyond who receive requests for services
outside of what they desire or are able to perform. Examples are
Commercial Building Inspections or Expert Witness Consulting, but there
are many other areas. If you are one of those inspectors wouldn't it be
nice to be able to refer that work to an experienced competent person
(please read about me at: About Chris
or my father at: About Rudy)
and receive a respectable fee for that referral? This is what this program
is about.
Below please find a list of services offered, many
of which may be outside of what you offer. Please note that my service
area is Forsyth County of North Carolina and all counties which touch it.
However, be aware that I travel outside of my area for large projects
willing to pay travel and/or lodging expenses so don't count them out. |

The
way this works:
First you must be registered (subject to my review and acceptance) as one
of my "Referring Inspectors" by clicking on the link below. You
and your company will be listed below as one of my "Referring
Inspectors".
After being registered, when you have a service
request you are not interested in or don't have time to handle, you must
come to this site and register that prospect by clicking on the link
button at the top of this page. Once you have registered and I have confirmed
your prospect, it is yours, provided no one
else has beat you to the draw. Contracting with the prospect is at my discretion
and subject to scheduling availability. If the prospect and I come to
terms you will be mailed a check for a percentage of what I am paid for
that service within three business days of when the client pays me. If it
is a large or ongoing service, you will receive payment every time I am
paid.
Some of the work I do extends into week, months
and even years and
large sums paid as the work progresses. You will agree that it is
not appropriate to discuss fee information in such a public place. Click

and your company and I will e-mail you the fee payment schedule. You must
be an active home inspector to be involved in this program. |
